CafeSmart, powered by StreetSmart Australia, mobilises the Australian coffee industry to raise funds and awareness for local homelessness projects. Since its inception, CafeSmart has distributed over $2 million to more than 1,100 projects, making a tangible difference in communities nationwide.
This year, the campaign has the support of more than 750 cafes across the country, who will help spark important conversations and encourage donations with their customers by displaying printed collateral from Saturday 10th – Friday 16th August. On the last day, Friday 16th August, they will donate $1 per coffee sold from their own bottom line.
Funds raised will support grassroots frontline community and homelessness services, local to regions where the funds are raised, providing immediate and impactful assistance to people at risk of, or experiencing homelessness.

– Grab a coffee from a participating cafe on Friday 16th August
– Donate the cost of a coffee online.
