Centrecare – Staff Afternoon Reflections and Action Planning

An afternoon of activities, discussion and reflection by Centrecare Staff to acknowledge Homelessness week.

Staff will be gathering together for a structured activity of building houses of cardboard, focusing on the following key areas of their work within the housing and homelessness space:
– What do individuals do to live independently
– How do we maintain our homes
– What gets in the way of being able to maintain a home
– What can staff do in their work to support people to build the skills needed to live independently

Short presentations from the Housing and Homelessness services will highlight the challenges and successes they have experienced over the last 12 months. These presentations for Centrecare staff will highlight how in the work all services do, core support for people at risk of homelessness or experiencing homelessness is possible.
