Inner Gippsland Homelessness Week Activities

Inner Gippsland
CHL – CHVL Morwell will have a morning tea from Monday-Friday during Homelessness Week. We’ve got stress houses, pens, stickers, CHL logo cookies and lots of snacks. The GHN Fact Poster will be displayed and open up the conversation about homelessness in our region.
Quantum Support Services – are preparing and packing meals for members of the local community who access local foodbanks.
Wednesday 7th August, 6 Quantum Homelessness Team members are assisting at the People’s Kitchen in Morwell run by Morwell Neighbourhood House.
Friday 9th August, 6 Quantum Homelessness Team member are assisting at Frankie’s Community kitchen in Warragul.
Photos will be taken to promote Homelessness Week and raise awareness of Gippsland’s Homelessness statistics on social media.

10am – 2.30pm Wednesday 7 August – Bunnings BBQ at Wonthaggi
12 – 2.30pm Friday 9th August – Soup day at the Salvation Army, 2 Long Street, Leongatha
