Get daggy to support young people this winter 🧶👕
Daggy Jumper Day (5 August) is Brisbane Youth Service’s annual winter fundraising and awareness campaign, held on the Wednesday of Homelessness Week (3-9 August). The day provides an easy and visible way for schools, workplaces, and communities to recognise the week, raise vital funds, and take action for young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
This year’s Daggy Jumper Day theme, ‘Hope is always in style’, reminds us that every young person deserves a safe place to call home and the opportunity to build a hopeful future.
Getting involved is simple. Wear your daggiest jumper, encourage your school, workplace, or community to join in, raise funds, and help spread the word.
Whether you’re hosting a morning tea, running a raffle, organising a workplace challenge, or simply pulling on your favourite daggy jumper, every action helps young people access support when they need it most.
